Tropical storm Noel, which took least 115 lifes, overgrowed in first category uragan.
The most deadly storm this season overgrowed yesterday in uragan, with winds speed of 129 km/h. Least 73 people lost life in Dominicana, where was evacuated about 62000 people. Number of victims on Haiti growed up on 40. One person lost life on Jamaica, and one on Bahamas islands. On Cuba have not victims. but 24000 people were enforced to abandone theirs homes. A lot of routes were overflowed, and telecommunications and electricity broke off. Rescue teams trying to save as much as possible people with helicopters and boats. In next 24 hours expecting that uragan Novel overgrow to extratropical storm. Uragan haul energy from contention of hot and cold wavefrong and not from hot water of Atlantic Ocean.
