Buenos Aires was discovred 1570 on Rio de la Plata riverside and called by the keepper of sailors. Stormily history can’t to supperess uncontrolled spirit of Portenos which come from passion, charm. Down city of Buenos Aires is delicate and sofisticated like some European city. With wide avenues, nice colonial architecture and queue of caffes across the streets. City was built from French, Spanish and Italian emigrants and Portenos and still pass for more European than south american city.
